Complete the evaluation

1. Open Acquisition, find the parcel, and verify its file number.
2. Confirm screening is complete and the prospectus uses current source data.
3. Complete each configured LAS criterion using the approved scoring guidance.
4. Save the evaluation and review the score displayed on the file.
5. Resolve missing required criteria before referral.
6. At the appropriate stage, select LAS score sheet and inspect the downloaded Word document.

A completed example shows Evaluation 100.0 / 100 on the file. That value is the product's calculation; do not reproduce or override it in a note.

The generated score sheet is an output of the recorded evaluation, not its system of record. Correct the GeoTract data and regenerate rather than editing an exported copy as the authoritative version. If criteria or weights differ from approved policy, stop and contact the acquisition process owner.
